
SUNSHINE HEALING POLICY
We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time.
As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, Sunshine Healing LLC, will send out a text message and/or email reminder 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment.
If no notice has been made to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit made when scheduling the appointment will be kept as a “no-show” service charge.
After three consecutive no-shows to your appointment, our practice may decide to terminate its relationship with you.
The client understands the “no-show” policy of Sunshine Healing LLC and agrees to provide a credit card number, which may be charged 50% for any no-show of a scheduled appointment.
The client understands that he or she must cancel or reschedule any appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a potential no-show charge to the credit card provided.
Scheduling an appointment is consenting to, and acknowledging the Sunshine Healing LLC, appointment and “no-show” policy.
